An intimate and exclusive multi.sensory lunch experience featuring Chef Eduardo “Lalo” Garcia, PURO Oaxaca, is the inaugural event of a series of experiences.

The experience will begin at noon, in downtown Oaxaca. The first stop will be a visit to the San Jerónimo Tlacochahuaya Temple, which dates back to the 16th century and is one of the most iconic buildings in Oaxaca. During the private visit, guests will experience a very special and rare organ concert. On their way out they will be met by a show of Calenda dolls, a distinctly Oaxacan tradition that accompanies important celebrations in the region. Then, guests will visit the ExHacienda Guadalupe, a 200-year-old farmhouse compound, for a tour of the hacienda by Raul Cabra, Principal at design firm Cabra Diseno. Guests will remain at ExHacienda to enjoy the exquisite lunch prepared by Lalo and a number of traditional local cooks selected to participate in the event. Lunch will finish with music and cocktails, and a special performance at 7 pm. Private transportation will be available from 6pm to 9pm for guests to return to their hotels.

This event is the first within the larger LAZO Experiences program, which is designed to connect the rich traditions and authentic flavors of Mexico with fans around the world, through immersive events and experiences.
